This years ASPC Banquet will start at 6:00pm (7:00pm dinner).  We will be having the banquet again this year at the East Liverpool Motor Lodge in East Liverpool, Ohio.  This is a Hotel/banquet hall/lounge and is located 45 mintues south of Rick's by the Ohio/West Virgina border.

- Cash Bar
- Live band in the motel bar & there is a cover charge
- Mountaineer casino is 10 minutes away

Cost is $25.00 per person or $45.00 per couple. RSVP by February 28, 2010.  We will not be taking reservations after this date.
